From access, Open xls as Read-Only

I'm opening an excel spreadsheet from Access via a function.

Label22.HyperlinkAddress = "Z:\Quotes\" & [QuoteString] & ".xls"

I want this file to open in Read-Only mode ONLY when opened from Access.

Any guidance is appreciated.
