I have a module in Access that writes a script to upload and download files to/from Windows NT directory to various ftp sites.
One of my sites sits on a UNIX platform (not sure whether this is relevant)...anyway the problem is that when I transfer a file to this site I need to change the Read/Write permissions before I can upload it into the application.
Outside of Access I can do this by using the CHMOD command. However, I would like to do this via Access. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Any help, no matter how small, would be appreciated.
