Fullscreen, Toolbars and Command Bars

Hope this is not a bone question.

Is it possible to run a form on startup that then gets rid of all tool bars etc so that the next form has all the data input with out toolbars?

Basically I am trying to lock the whole thing down.

You can look at Aphrodite in the sample databases. It's still a work in progress, but it gives developers easy access to a lot of different settings.
