Hi all,

best to get rid of them, show exactly what is in the field and lookup the data yourself with a join.

Would a conversion of a (running) system be feasible?

And: "lookup data yourself through joins" is basically this:

Use joins in Access queries to combine records from different data sources so that each pair of records from the sources becomes one record in the query results.

Yes, just remove the lookup option, and you will see the actual value.
Then you would join that field to the table that was the lookup and bring in the required field.

Basically you are doing exactly the same process, just manually, but now you see the true values in the fields.
