I've got a field named Course and all the records are in capital letters, like PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT. I need to change the records to the format of first letter capitalized, all others in lower case, like Performance Management, to save space. I guess I need a function or some code to pull this off. Anyone have an idea? Thanx.

StrConv([MyField], vbPropercase)

Look up the StrConv function in the help files for more information.

Open the data table you want to edit and simply click on one of the records you want to change, do a ctrl + H to bring up the find and replace window (you can also get to the replace option by clicking on edit at the top). Type in the value you want changed in the find field such as "PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT" and in the replace field type in "Performance Management". Make sure you check the option "search only current field" and that the drop down box says "all" so that it will change them all.
