Hi,
I'm trying to create a report that lists all of my data on one page. My data consists of roughly 130 names with each name's corresponding room number and phone number. In order to get all of this on one page, I have to split the page in two and have the data running in 2 columns (half of the names on the left side, the other half on the right side). But when I do this in design view, my data repeats (I get the same name, phone number, and room number twice on each row). How do I split the report so that my data doesn't repeat and I'm able to get all of the info on one page?

Any help you can give me is appreciated.

There may be an easier way, or even a 100% Access way, but try using Mail Merge in MS Word (under Tools). You can select your fields from the database and format it as columns. It should work in a pinch.

to keep your duplicate data from showing up you can use the keyword DISTINCT in your query after SELECT to eliminate the repeating data.

i.e. Select distinct customer......;
