Hello Access experts

I've attached a database example and screenshots of what I am trying to do.

I hope I can properly explain it.

1. What I want to do is filter down all the records (Screenshot 1) to exclude the sold records (Screenshot 2).

2. Then I want to filter down the records to exclude any lead numbers that where the same as the sold records excluded in step 2 (Screenshot 3).

I have tried to put information in the criteria area but that didn't help. I figure I might need to use a SQL statement but I'm not sure how it needs to be written.

Hope I have explained it enough to get help.

Thanks
Charles

You can use the Criteria Is Null on your Date Sold Filed to filter out the Sold items. You can then create a second query and use Is Not Null on your Date Sold field to select the Sold items. You can now use the query wizard to create an Unmatched Query (using the two queries you have just created) to show the unsold items that do not have the same lead number as the sold items.

See the three new queries I have created in your DB.

John,

Thans a bunch. It worked like a charm.
