Getting problem to sharing database

Dear all,

I am trying to share my db into the network but getting problem. Please see the attached message I am getting.

Please help me out.

1. You (and anyone else who is going to use this) need to have read/write/delete rights on the folder that the file is in.

2. The database NEEDS to be split (backend - tables only, frontend - everything else). And EACH USER needs to have a COPY of the frontend file on THEIR machine instead of trying to open the same file on the server.
