Getting to design view through security

I designed a database with my colleague and left the security to him. I have the adminstrator password to access the database and continue upgrading it. However, I do not know how to get back to design view. We created the database to block out the usual fields, such as the ones in the view menu, and now I cannot access design view, even with the admin password. Am I missing something?

Try to press F11 if you ever not disabled this.

Try holding the Shift key when you open the database.
