Hi all,
Im stuck again :(

The part im stuck on is this- I need a list of parts (from a table) displayed in a list so the user can select the parts used, what I want is to dbl click on the part from the listbox and then transfer this part to another list box (or whatever) so I can store this in a table of parts that have been used, I got it to work ok with a combo box and a button, i.e. select the item from the combo, then click the button which transferred it accross to another, but this is a bit rubbish lol, the IDEAL thing would be like on a table wizard where you select whan you want then click a > and it moves them accross, anyone any suggestions at all or pointers in the right direction?

TIA

You could use the 'IsSelected' property in your cmdbutton Click event to evaluate which part in the list box is selected. If you're keeping a table of 'parts used' separately in another table and list box, you could then set the RowSource in this list box equal to the value of your selection. I'm not sure if using your 'parts used' table as the RowSource would require you to Requery your form for each addition, but you've got a few options to play around with IMHO.

John

Thanks, I'll give that a go tomorrow- just about to leave for a party!!
