I have main form - and from the toolbar can open a popup on top of this form.


From a button on the popup form I want to move the mainform to the recordID chosen on the popup to the corresponding record on the main form.

Can I do this without directly from the popup - ie not by passing the ID back to the main form and moving records from there?

So am i right in saying that your pop-up form loads and you select a RecordId and you want the mainform to automatically load the RecordID & attributes?

If im right then use the:

DoCmd.GoToControl "recordID"

on the event procedure of the pop-up form...
