Grouped by Expression

Hello,
I have query and have an expression on the query as example ,
Field1 =xxx
Field2 =zzz
Field3 =[field1+[field2]

When U tried to create query by grouped Field3 it take very long time
Need help to grouped data and fast

Field3 =[field1]+[field2]

the data in the same row
I just add the tow records together
same like first name and second name
I merged them in one Full name =[first name] & [second name]

Have you tried saving the first query - then grouping on that saved query just on field 3?

I tried to create new query and add only this value by grouped and the same.
when i tried to group different records or field itts ok and fast.
