I have a stock control database with a query to extract the total stock for year and another for total stock in the different stores that works well. Problem is i have now got stock from two different suppliers and i need to get totals for each in year and stores. Thier booking in numbers are different in that one is 10ff.... and the other 20ff....
I created a qry with criteria Like"10ff*" and this does segregate the stock but brings up a list with all the beans that start with this in a list but what i need is one line with all the beans together and one total for year and store.
Obviously not beans but using as example. Still trying to learn how this works.

Chage the option from "Group by" to "Where" on the field you dont want to be grouped

I have left the product field as "grouped" as i want a total for all the different products but the qry still shows a list of the same product with different "10ff" numbers.

Then I do not understand your question?
