Hi,
For college I have been asked to create a "groups and totals" report based on a enquiry on three linked tables containing:College lecture venues/Dates of lectures/Lecture names/ Lecturer names/Number of bookings/Price of Bookings/Lecture dates.
The report is grouped on venue and sorted by date. I have to show total income per venue and overall income
To get total income per lecture, I input Sum([BOOKED])*([COST]) in my title footer and it now shows the required figures.
However I get stuck when I try and get a total of income per venue ( i.e if a venue has three lectures),
inputting Sum([BOOKED])*([COST]) in venue footer just adds up the total amount of bookings, and adds up the price of the three lecture bookings and multiplies this - giving me the wrong answer.
Please Help!!!!
Im on Aceess 2000, my tutor is on 97, and my colleges notes on 97.
