groupwise and vba

I made an application where you can register who you have to call at a certain date ( it is for acquisition).
Now they would like to get a message in their mailbox the date they have to call that company, (there is a field with that date which has to be filled).
They work with groupwise, which I'm not familiar with, I found this (attached)module on the net but I can't make any sense of it let alone how to connect this to my application.
Does anybody have a clou???

So there has to be a date on which to send the message and also there has to be a text in which the info of that company to call is displayed...
It's too much for me at this point....

They created a class module for the groupwise application. You can copy the class module to your db and then use its methods and properties in your code.
