Gym Databae Problems

Hi, I have had a gym database designed for me by a friend, he had to give me an unfinished product and now I have been left with some problems and 1 week until my gym opens.

My problems are as follows:

I need to have a system on the database whereby you can goto a customers record when they log in, and click a button or whatever to indicate that they have attended that day (I need this so i can check how many times people attend in a certain time period and if people havent attended in a certain amount of time)

I need reports which can be mail merged to all members whom have no attended within the past 2 weeks for example.

I also need to have a membership renewal form, its already there but not linked into the expiry dates for any of the other forms, so if i renew a membership its not going to show up in payments or customer form.

I have other problems aswell, obviously any help I get will be rewarded.

This site is intended for people who want to help themselves. It sounds like you need someone to do this for you. With such a short time until the gym opens, you are in a bit of a bind. Try guru.com. I'm sure you'll get lots of takers for not a lot of money. Just make sure that they speak English and have built similar applications in the past.

PS, I tried to download your file. It may have downloaded but I cannot find it. I suggest posting download directions if you want people to look at your database.
