Having a problem with charting.....

I am trying to create a chart from a query. When I go through the "Chart Wizard" and before I can finish, I get this error, "The Microsoft Jet database engine does not recognize "[Forms]![Search].[Combo0]" as a valid field name or expression." I tried to rebuid another query and that doen't seem to help. I even tried to create another form (Search) ans still nada. I updated Office 2003 with SP1. I think I've tried everything there is to try.

I have attached the database if you'd like to check it out. I would appreciate if someone could help me out this.

Oh yea,

I forgot to give the info.

Query is: q kleintest

Form is : Search

Report is: Cell MFG Tests

I'm sure you would have figured it out. But I just wanted to be as clear as I can.
