Having a report button on a form

I have a main form (Parent) along with a subform(Children). I want to have a button that generates a report with the Parent information as a header and the items in the subform as details. In addition, I want the report to show only the children that were recently added not all of the children. I appreciate it if you can help me with this matter.

I think (although I have not used) Reports have the similar Main Report Sub Report structure.. Google search should help..

What defines the records are recently added?
