Having Form Open when Entering db via Shift Key

Is there a way to force a form open when entering the database via holding down the shift key. I have my database set to open a particular form via the startup menu. I have two "super" users who go in as developers and bypass the startup menu by holding down the shift key. How can I force a form to open in this scenario? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if what your asking is possible, but you can disable and re-enable the shift key as detailed in the following forum. Perhaps this might offer an alternative solution?
