Hey,
I'm writing a database to keep track on the inventory. Now I have a question about a form used to add or delete certain amounts of a product.
My main form is based on a table containing the information of a product. It has a combo-box to select products by ordernumber, and text boxes that show info about the selected product (these text boxes are locked so no one can change the info).
I made a subform that should allow me to change amounts of products. This subform is linked to a table transactions. A query based on that table calculates the amount in stock. Here are my problems:
1) How can I tell the table to 'forget the inputs after it has send the info to my query?
2) How can I make sure I'm adding new amounts to the right product?

If you can help me, please do so. If you have a whole other view about the structure of the database, please tell me cause I'm kinda out of ideas.
