Hi

its may be a very stupid question

But I don't know about that can you please tell me how we able to enter a Header and Footer in the report

By default there is Report Header, Report Footer and Page Header and Page Footer and Detail

But when we want to insert any other header and footer then how can we do this please help me in this

What are you talking about for a header and footer? Are you talking about a GROUP header and footer? If so, go to View > Grouping and Sorting and in the dialog that comes up is where you can set header/footer to yes.
