Headers in report are messed up when emailing the report

I have a report that when I chose the option to email it, the headers end up dropping characters or inserting another line with some of the characters on the extra line. I choose rich text format. The odd thing is that it works fine on some of our PCs but not on some others. Is this related to the drivers (or whatever) that is doing the rtf conversion? Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should be looking?

I have attached a copy of the messed up report with the areas in red where the problems are occuring. I had to name it .txt but if you rename it to .rtf you can see it.

This was the first time I ever try posting anything with an attachment. I have zipped it and have attached that one. Maybe that will work better.
