Hi guys, I work for a Local Council in Housing Advice and Homelessness as an Admin Manager. Since the government decided that all Council's are now skint, and my Council decided we have to save £90m, our aspirations to buy a tailor made database which we've been after for around 10 years, have been squashed.
Ever the optimist and always one to look for better ways for my colleagues to work, I've decided to learn Access and build them a client management system myself. So far I'm on page 758 of Osborne's Access, The Complete Reference (Access 2000). 500 or so to go. My ICT dept have rummaged around in the bins of the solicitors firm next door and found me a copy of MS access 2000 to play with and I'm doing quite well so far....
Obviously its now getting more complicated, and certain things are challenging me, so I thought its time to join a good forum for help!!!
