I'm Rico, I have become the inadvertent MS Access person for my department. I am fairly new to the platform. I completed my first 2 DBs and they are in production. so I am a newb who has managed to fool everyone here at work. 
I mountain bike, now more for pleasure than anything else. I ride western, I have a thorough bred and a paso fino. I live on a mini ranchette with my wife.
