First, I'd like to thank you for your help! I've been visiting this forum for a few years, and I've always found some information to help me. Now I’m a member!

Been using data bases (info systems) for over 30 years, starting with an AS400 system. Moved to foxbase and foxpro then on to dbase and the associated iterations, then on to third party integrators and report generators like clipper, crystal reports, and so forth, on to access, access project, sql, and it goes on. I learn by trial and error, and I'm not afraid to make mistakes, learn, and move on. I'm not a programmer, but I do need to use programs.

I'm an HRLOD professional who often needs assistance with MS Access in relation to HR systems. This is a great forum to find information that helps me use the tools that are most utilitarian. I've come across a lot of interesting challenges with MS Access, and I've always seem to be able to work through them. I'm persistent, and I like to stay current, so if I cannot figure it out on my own, I seek help from the experts.

I'm just now learning how to integrate MS Access with SharePoint. As a result (I think), more and more colleagues are coming to me for answers to their MS Access questions. Some I can answer, but I feel much more comfortable sending them to this forum. I recommend they join.

Again, thanks for your assistance!

:)
