help - can't get to design view

i have my design master so that it opens hiding the tables / queries / macros / ect....

Also my tool set is set to basic and i can't synchronize because i can't see my tools drop down menu.

how do i get these back ?


this is what i would like them this way so that when i synchronize with others on the network they have a limited toolset but i NEED to be able to design from my forms / queries....

how to i get them to show up again?

Have you tried opening the Database while holding down the "SHIFT" key??
