Help/Code Needed,Master-Child relation Screen

Hi All,
i am new to access development and need help in creating a master-child relation screen. I want something similar to http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/EditNestedDataGrid.asp in vba.

the code is written is ASP.net and if there is anyway to do that in VBA, please help!!!!!
