HELP !! Command buttons and pivot table wizard stopped working

I was trying to implement some code, (don't ask me what !) and now my database is gone screwy ! none of my command buttons work even if I try to make a new one, it says its not the name of a function, macro etc... my pivot table wizard is not working and is giving me the error Object Variable or With block Variable Not set ? it was all working fine till I decided to TWEAK IT !!! Friday evening why do I do these things, and I have to present it to staff on monday morn, I'm sure its just some simple thing (hopefully) that I did any IDEAS ???? pretty please !!!

My command buttons in all my other databases are not working now either AHHHH its got to be something to do with modules? or
