Help creating a report

Hi, I wonder if somebody could give me an idea. I have this database with the information for various charities organizations. So each organization has name, address, phone, contact person, and many different services that they offer. On the table created for that, each service offered is a Yes/No type of field so whenever the info is entered for each organization, if they offer certain type of service the checkbox for that service should be checked. I'm having some trouble trying to create a report for it now. I need to create a report showing all the organizations that offer certain type of service. For example let's say I need to know all the organizations that offer Monetary Assistance. How can I create a search for it that will create a report with the details of all the organizations that offer Monetary Assistance?

It sounds as though you have a normalisation problem with your db, post some details of your table set up
