help creating a report

i need to create a delivery note report which uses delivery note query as the main report and delivery query 2 as sub-report, when i use the wizard it doesnt come out right. i've done a form version, so is it possible create a report from that and how.
or is there another way around the problem?
for details the tables and queries are shown in attachments.
the problem is that it puts everything on a line and doesn't even work when i create in design view

DaG, on the menu bar in your database go to View...Toolbars...Customize. Under Categories click Form/Report Design and under Commands you will see an icon for Save As Report. If you put this on your toolbar, you can save your Form/Subform as a Report. This may get you where you want to go.
