In what software can I create .hlp and .chm help files for my database?

And if you want an easier way to do it, you can use HelpScribble (costs US $99, but it is WELL worth it). I use Help Scribble myself and have for several years. It is way easier than how HTML Help Workshop works. At least that is my opinion.
