Help, I locked myself out!

I am a complete moron so bare with me here....

I went into the Tools\Startup section and turned off all the menus and such. Now I want to go back in and change those settings but I can't see any of the menu choices (ergo Startup is missing).

I'm stuck in a catch 22. I need to change that setting to see the section that will let me change that setting...

Any ideas?
