Help!! i need to add a total, layout help!

im really stuck! i need to add a total, and i need the report 2 look a certain way, but i do not know how 2 do it! anyone out there that can help be? please i need help ASAP!!!

what is it totalling ???
in your page layout design have a text box = sum([fieldname])
that shoudl do it
so if the fieldname is price then =sum([price])
