I have an interesting problem. When you open the database, it puts the user through a login form before opening anything else. I tried to add a feature to the login form, but somehow my code has messed up the login form to the point where the Login button doesn't do anything, and won't let the user get past that form regardlesss of if they have the correct username and password or not. I also have disabled the shift bypass feature, so I can't hold shift to bypass the autoexec macro. So I think I'm basically locked out of the database entirely, with no way (that I know of) of getting back in to fix the problem. That's several months of work right down the drain.
Is there anything I can do to get in? When I was reading about how to enable/disable the shift bypass feature on some of the threads here, I remember reading something about there being someway to re-enable the shift bypass feature through another database, but I don't think I ever heard how you actually do that. Does anybody know about this? It's a little hard to believe that Microsoft would create access in such a way that you can lock yourself out like this...so I'm hoping there is a way.
