Help!! Locked out of Access!!!! desperate

I have generated a Microsoft Access database (XP). I currently have the database running on a single PC. I am the current administrator, and I have allowed myself all permissions. (Login: admin).

Yesterday, I simply renamed the mdb file and moved it into another directory. Now, after I log in as admin, it is saying;
"You do not have the necessary permissions to use
c:\my documents\database etc......" I am the administrator, yet I cannot even open it.

Any help in this matter I would be greatly appreciative.

if you remember the name put it back

You have to put it back with the same name as before I think .
Otherwise you have to reinstall access. This security system is
a pain the but. Always keep a backup of the mdw file .
