Help me! Blocked myself out of db.

Please help! I was attempting to secure the database from tampering from other users, but I didn't realize I could block myself out of it...

I had the db set up so the switchboard is the only thing that pops up at start-up. I changed the properties so that none of the toolbars or menus are shown.

I can't attach the file because it is too large, and I can't get into the db to compress it.....

Is there anything that can be done? I am going to have a heart attack here...

Hold the shift key down when you start the database and see if that brings up the db window
