HELP!!

I have a print shop database. At the end of each month I input all my print shop data and run a report for my finance department to show what department codes to charge. For the past 3 years I have had no problems. But now for some reason my report that I give to finance does not show all of the department codes. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this problem. I rechecked the previous months and the reports are still running fine. But as soon as I put in the motn of November it doesn't work right. I have looked at all the codes and macros and can not find anything out of the ordinary. I also copied my database and got rid of all previous months and redated the current month to October and it still won't work. I don't know if there is any relation to the month and also possibly the auto numbers that is making my database do this.

Interestingly my coworker is having the same type of problems with his central Supply database. Both databases were created by my old boss who was fired soon after. Could he have set up something in our databases to make them mess up after a certain amount of time or is it just a coincidence.

Any help would be appreciated

Anything is possible but I doubt it. No way for us to guess. Can you post a copy of your db? Remove any data or objects that we do not need to see.

Have you repaired the database?
Have you tried just running the queries the reports are based off of (or creating queries from the reports and running them)?
What is happening (why don't they work)? Are you getting an error, bad information, what?

Almost sounds like the codes entered for November are not the same as the codes previously used. Could it be an "O" (oh) instead of a 0 (zero)? Or perhaps there is an extra space in the code field.
