Help needed in Iowa

Hello, my name is Jack and I have been using Access for ten years. I am fairly familiar with the program but recently have a problem I can't figure out.

The database has fields that have "disappeared". The information contained within the fields still shows up on the queries and in the reports I had previously established. But the field columns no longer show in the table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
