help needed regarding print preview

I have created a form on MS access 2003.It has Print record & print preview control button on it.When ever i click print priview button i can navigate through all the record's print priviews.So my question is how to get print preview of the single record

same goes to print button.whenever i click print button all the records get printed.what to do to print single record.i googled for it but didn't understood any thing.I am a commerce student so dont know any thing in programming....you can call me super noob.so please answer me in brief if possibe so that i can understand wat to do & how to do?

thanx for the answer....got the solution for the print problem


need solution for print preview problem.want to get print preview of only one record & not all records(I can cycle through all records including current record in print preview)
