Ok guys,

here is my problem,

I have a table with 3 rows, looking something like this:

Crew Date Score
A 1/6/07 12
A 3/5/06 14
A 5/4/07 12
B 3/6/07 13
B 7/5/06 10
B 9/4/07 11
C 23/6/07 11
C 1/5/06 13
C 2/4/07 12

I need to produce a line graph for this data........
Crew A will be represented by 1 line (Data series), Crew B will be represented by another line and so on,

the x axis will be represented by the date, and the y axis will be represented by the score.....

I am having no luck getting this to work...... more specifically I can't even get more than one data line

this is basically what I am trying to achieve:

This seems better suited for Excel.

Also, if you are using just one table, then that's your problem right there. There should be at least two or maybe three tables, depending on how you need data stored.

If you do need to use Access, read up on normalization first.

It's far better suited for Excel. A few tips:

Each data series needs its own definition in Excel. Each date is called a category. Play with it in Excel for a bit and you can do this:

Note that I "Americanized" the dates for my example. It will still work though. You could do the same in Access, but it's a ton easier in Excel for such an application. You could alternatively use VBA to export in to an Excel template sheet to make this automatic.
