This is my first post here, so please forgive me if this question has already been answered or if you can't understand what I'm on about.
I have a Client database which consists of two forms, a Client form which lists client details and a Booking form which lists all their various bookings (Reiki treatments etc.) on Access 2000. Dead simple really. It's just a basic one-client to many-bookings relationship.
I've also created a third form (the subform) which sits nicely on the main Client form and gives me details of all the bookings made by a particular client. Date, time, treatment etc.
However, on another database I've seen, you can click anywhere in a row on a subform and be taken into the relevant Booking form for that particular treatment. (The Bookings form has extra details of the treatments which wouldn't be good to show on the main Client form.)
When I take a new booking, I'd like to be able to check my notes from last time, if you see what I mean...
Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks very much.
