Help to create complex query

With reference to the attached spreadsheet.

I have 2 fields of data (Equipment and Port) Each piece of equipment has a varying number of ports and am trying to think of a query that will exclude the last 2 ports on each equipment.

On the attached spreadsheet shows in more detail what I'm dealing with. I have highlight the rows that I'd like to exclude in Red.

Any ideas are welcomed
