So the basic Idea of my database is a tracking system for personnel. There are two statuses, active and inactive. So these people are required to submit certain forms, and they get "lost" a lot so i started attaching them to their profiles.
recently i went to a new system of organization. rather than filtering by a drop down, i've started storing them in two different tables. basically i'm using command buttons to run append and delete queries to move profile from one two the other.
the sticky situation is with the images. i can't seem to come up with a handy user friendly approach to this. i've heard nothing but bad things about OLE images.
any advice here?
