Help with Access to Outlook connection

I have a question. On a day-to-day basis our department schedules appointments using Microsoft outlook. I would like to use access to connect to outlook and download the dates and times of those appointments into access. Is there a way to do this?

Nick,

In outlook go to file - import and export - export to a file - microsoft access -
and select the file that you want to export to a dbase.

In our ( office) system settings I can only export files ( e.g. calender) from my own account. I can not export a public folder file. Don't know if that has something to do with our company privileges or so. So you might try to export the public calender in access at your (work) station.
