Help with drop down boxes

I have an challenge that I believe that I can work through for the most part, but there are some things I dont know how to do:

We are in need of a price calculation sheet, a very simplified example is attached. In reality, the pricing tab has many columns and thousand of records. Each record is specific to the country, the origin city, the destination city etc.

I want to have the user chose the scenario, by inputting the variable information as to the size and date order(input 1 and 2) and the exact record by using a drop down box (info 1 and 2). Info1 and Info2 can be found on the tab "pricing" and will in turn change the rates. Finally, the calculated charge will be formula of the Input 1 and 2 multiplied by the rates.

Not sure if I am clear, but all I really need help with is the how to reference the Pricing sheet records in the drop down boxes. In addition, the Pricing sheet records will be added to over time, so approximately each month I will have to increase the reference range that the drop down boxes refer to.

You will also need to combine these with VLOOKUP.
