Help with enabling/disabling menuitems!!!

hello to all! i'm searching the threads trying to find for an idea regarding macro manipulation....My problem goes this way......i have a menu bar created from macro....it has a menu called "Report Validation" and Extract Report...what i want to do is to disable "Extract Report" if "Report Validation" is not yet printed....if it's printed then that's the time that the extract menu button will be enabled....any idea or sample macro for this? any help is greatly appreciated...thanks!
