Help with Pages

Hi,

I am creating a web page to display the same data as my form with subform.

The questions are as follows:

Can I link data like in a form to subform.
Do I create a web page with frames or do I use the 'inframe' option.
I have basic HTML and JavaScript

I hope someone can help.
