Help with query !

Hi everyone,

I have attached a smaple db with this message. In the forms, there is a form frmListboxes. When you open it, click on ARUP in the left listbox ..then click moveselected...and then click on the Choose fields command button. It opens a report whhich shows all the records...How do i code such that i get the report only for the chosen fields....that is the names present in the right listbox when the cmd button is clicked.

Please help me... this is urgent !!

You are getting all the records in the report because you made the report based directly on the table. You need to create a query that selects the records from the table and base the report on that... in the Criteria field of the query, reference the Selected Groups box on your form.

Search on criteria for details on usage, syntax and such.

Thanks a lot Kraj....I corrected my report..but how do i search on the criterial for details on usage, syntax and such??

Just use the Search button at the top of the page. I'd recommend opting for advanced search so you can choose which forum to search.
