Help with tables Relationships

RoomNumber (many employees might share same room)

ExtNumber (employees might share same extension number)

ItmName (messengers take envelopes to different employees)

EquipmentID PK
eqmtName (equipment might be used many times to deliver jobs)

I just need to know if the relationships for these tables are right.

I will make the change that you said. Now, what I am trying to do here is create a database to track packages that are being delivered by the messengers where I work.

Let me explain myself I little be more. Lets say someone call because they have a package(envelope, box, redweld, etc.) from John Doe to be picked-up at room #300 and be delivered to someone else at room #1546. A dispatcher has to write down the name of the person where the package is from and his/her room #, the recipient's name and his/her room #. Also, the dispatcher has to write down the date the call was made and the time it was logged in. Then the dispatcher assign a messenger to deliver the package. Once the packaged is delivered the messenger has to write down the time he/she deliver the package and any notes they might have about the delivery.

So basically I trying to figure out how to set up all my tables/forms for this kind of project.
