help with template

Good afternoon all,

I am using an access template for my newly founded business, the template is called "product inventory"

I am having a few issues with the macro set up and I have no idea how to change it - its like reading Japanese!

Basically its to do with the shipping section and the if's of the macro.

Once I have logged an order, I enter the shipping details and go to create an invoice it pops up with a box to enter shipping details AGAIN - want to turn this off.

Then if i click on an existing order and click "view invoice" I have to re-enter the shipping details AGAIN to view it ... makes no sense to me.

Also, when completing the order screen, If i dont have an address it will not let me skip the inputting of each line, i have to fill it out. Want to stop this too (an order may have been bought there and then, I dont need an address).

I have attached images of the macro where i THINK the problem lies, just im scared to edit it!
